Adam Rosenberg

Adam Rosenberg serves as Assistant Director of Corporate Relations at GW, bringing more than a decade of experience building and managing strategic partnerships across the nonprofit, foundation, government, and private sectors. His connection to GW began early, when he first visited campus during an 8th grade class trip, traveling by Amtrak from Stamford, CT to Union Station and staying on campus for a week, an experience that captured his imagination. Prior to joining GW’s Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR), he served as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, building and stewarding major corporate partnerships that advanced U.S. foreign policy objectives, strengthened economic partnerships, and supported broader national security interests through collaboration between the public and private sectors. For his service to the United States of America, he received the Distinguished Honor Award, Meritorious Honor Awards, and the Franklin Award.

Before focusing on private-sector engagement (PSE) in federal Executive Branch departments, Adam served as a Corporate Grants Program Manager at National 4-H Council, the largest youth development organization in the United States, where he focused on STEM programming for female and minority youth. Adam was a 2021–2022 Penn Kemble Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and has served as both a Fulbright Program selection committee member and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia. Additionally, he is a current member of the American Foreign Service Association (AFSA) and U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) International Exchange Alumni program.

Adam earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) and his master's degrees from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV) and native English speaker, his other languages are Indonesian and Sesotho.
