Centrally Managed Foundations and Corporations
Some foundations and corporations are centrally managed at GW, and faculty will need to be in touch with the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations for a considered conversation in advance of outreach or submitting a letter of inquiry or proposal to these funders. Please contact Susan Boerstling (for foundation inquires) or Joe Matope (for corporate or corporate foundation inquires) at [email protected].
Foundations and corporations are centrally managed for different reasons. Sometimes it’s at the request of the company or foundation to have a single office as a point of contact. Or, it may be because university leadership is in active conversation with the leadership of a foundation or corporation around a strategic institutional priority. Or, a proposal requires the endorsement of the president or provost, or there could be a limit on the number of GW applications.
Thank you for your cooperation.
